Red Arrow Rifle Giveaway Rules

Each contribution to the Chase for Governor campaign of the recommended donation amount of $10 on the official giveaway contribution page will warrant one entry into the gun giveaway starting August 8, 2020 through 11:59PM on September 30, 2020.

Entries can be made without a contribution by signing up on the gun giveaway entry form one time at http://chaseforsenate.com/redarrow/. No donation is required for entry to win the giveaway. Entry with or without a contribution has an equal chance of winning.

The winner of the giveaway will be drawn on Friday, October 2,2020 and immediately notified. The winner will have the opportunity to appear in person with Red Arrow Weapons Inc for all legal background checks in Fork Union, Virginia and to be presented their winning rifle.

By contributing on the official giveaway contribution page and/or signing up on the gun giveaway entry form page you attest that you are a law abiding citizen of good moral character, will pass political vetting by the Chase for Governor campaign, may legally possess any gun won, have intention of using the gun only in a safe and legal manner, and will or have already obtained instruction on the safe use and operation of any gun won.

Giveaway drawing will be done on Friday, October 2, 2020 and winner will be notified immediately.

The winner must accept the prize, as drawn. No substitutions. The winner is responsible for all taxes, fees, and expenses associated with the acceptance of the prize.

The prize for this giveaway is a Red Arrow Weapons 6.5 Creedmoor Rifle signed by the legendary Ted Nugent and Red Arrow’s own Kip Campbell. This firearm is being provided by Red Arrow Weapons of Fork Union, Virginia who is fully licensed gun dealer in Virginia and will comply with all legal requirements for the firearm transfer.

The winner must be at least 18 years old at the time of entering the giveaway and a legal resident of the United States and the Commonwealth of Virginia to enter into the drawing.

The firearm transfer will be done through a Federal Firearms Licensed (FFL) dealer, and all applicable Federal and State laws will apply.

The winner must appear in person to retain the gun and pass all necessary background checks.

The gun is not transferrable. The person who wins the gun giveaway must claim the gun.

If a winner is not able to pass the FFL background check, a new winner will be drawn and notified in a timely manner.

The winner of the gun giveaway will be drawn on Friday, October 2, 2020. The winner will also be notified by telephone and email on Friday, August 2, 2020.

The gun must be claimed and transferred within 90 days of the drawing date.

The Chase for Governor makes no warranty of the firearm. The winner is to deal directly with the manufacturer of dealer in the event of problems.

Contributions to the campaign and entries to the gun giveaway are non-refundable, including those where the winner’s background check fails to pass.

This giveaway is not affiliated with any gun manufacturer, gun shop or store, or any other group. This giveaway is solely associated with the Chase for Governor campaign committee. Void where prohibited.
